Bad Bunny da charla sobre su música y activismo en Harvard

La estrella del trap latino Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio más conocido como Bad Bunny se ha convertido en todo un referente para millones de jóvenes en todo el mundo que le han llevado a lo más alto de la música.

Ahora todo este éxito que ha ido cosechando en los últimos años le ha llevado a las aulas de la prestigiosa Universidad de Harvard.

El pasado viernes el cantante puertorriqueño hizo una parada en la reconocida institución donde acudió para dar consejos a los estudiantes de música, que le recibieron entre aplausos y vítores.

Su visita es parte de una serie de conferencias llamadas Uncut by No Label dirigidas por la profesora Petra Rivera Rideau, especialista en la historia política de este género musical en el Caribe.

Durante la clase, el intérprete de éxitos como «Callaíta» o «Estamos bien» no sólo habló de su música y lo que aporta al género urbano, también sobre el espacio que tienen el activismo y la protestas en ella.

Cabe recordar que Bad Bunny ha estado muy involucrado en movimientos políticos y no tiene ningún problema en levantar la voz a través de sus redes sociales sobre las causas que considera injustas. Así pasó hace unos meses cuando pidió activamente la renuncia del gobernador Ricardo Rosselló después de que se filtrase un chat suyo con comentarios machistas y homófobos.

El mismo documentó en Instagram su visita a la prestigiosa universidad, donde escribió en la descripción de la serie de imágenes: «Profesor Benito M. me comentan abajo los que quieran matricularse en mi clase».

Esta no es la única visita que ha hecho Bad Bunny a un centro educativo en las últimas semanas. A principios de mes asistió a una escuela de Hialeah para promover un programa de becas. Ahi recomendó a los estudiantes que no dejaran nunca los estudios, ni siquiera por la música.
