Disney prepara una secuela de la película «Alladín» de 2019

La compañía estadounidense llevará la segunda parte a las salas de cine y no a su plataforma de ‘streaming’.
La compañía estadounidense de medios de comunicación y entretenimiento Disney cuenta con los productores de ‘Aladdín’ para una secuela, luego del éxito que tuvo la nueva versión de la clásica historia de animación estrenada durante 2019, según reveló el medio especializado en entretenimiento Variety.
Todo parece indicar que la secuela de Aladdín es uno de los planes futuros más fuertes de Disney, pues su estreno llegará a los cines y no a la plataforma de ‘streaming’ de la compañía, aunque el proyecto aún está en una fase temprana.
Aún no está claro si volverá el director de la película anterior, el británico Guy Ritchie, para la segunda parte. Los actores Will Smith, Mena Massoud y Naomi Scott tampoco han recibido ofertas para protagonizar la secuela.

Si bien los productores planean traer de vuelta a todo el reparto, no contactarán a ninguno hasta terminar el guion, según reveló Variety.
La película original de ’Alladín’ fue estrenada durante 1992 y tuvo dos secuelas que nunca llegaron a las salas de cine. La que actualmente planea Disney no tomará como referencia ninguna de las historias anteriores.
Disney tiene en sus estrategias readaptar sus clásicos animados con nuevas tecnologías digitales o actores reales. Lo anterior ha quedado demostrado con las exitosas películas ‘El libro de la Selva’ de 2016, ‘La bella y la bestia’ de 2017 y ‘El Rey León’ de 2019. Además, la empresa prepara una nueva versión de ‘La Sirenita’, así como del clásico ‘Bambi’ con el guionista de ‘Capitana Marvel’.
